Be kind to yourself!
One thing I learned was you must take a little time every day to be kind to yourself. Even just a few minutes of quiet time will do you so much good. There are so many ways to be good to yourself we all need to recharge and just feel good our world is just too busy and stressful sometimes it can really affect your health and well being. Here are some of the things I do: sit quietly and pray, take a long, hot, bubble bath, go for a walk, spend a little time in the garden, sit quietly by myself and have a nice cup of tea, read a chapter in a good book, snuggle up under a blanket and watch a good movie, write a poem, draw, paint or colour a picture or play some music and sit back and listen.
